Ownership and funding

A sponsored bot lives in the customer’s personal MonCha account. The enterprise funds its assigned tier and consumes a slot from its contract. The customer can edit the bot directly. The vendor can manage only the bots connected through its approved sponsorship, subject to consent and scope.

Review a connection

Enterprise deactivation or an expired contract stops funded service while retaining bot data. Disconnecting the vendor ends its access and sponsorship. Review the displayed consequences before confirming.

  1. Open Sponsored bots in the customer dashboard.
  2. Review the sponsoring application and the affected bot.
  3. Check sponsorship/service status before changing the funding arrangement.
  4. Use the available disconnect or personal payment controls for the intended action.

Take over payment personally

A completed takeover removes vendor access and releases the sponsored enterprise slot. This differs from transferring the bot to another MonCha owner.

  1. Choose the payment takeover action for the sponsored bot.
  2. Review the offered plan/price and complete checkout as the customer.
  3. Wait for payment confirmation; the success redirect alone is insufficient.
  4. Verify that the same bot and its data are retained and that service is active.
  5. Review normal Billing for the new subscription.
