Explore regional activity
- Select the bot you want to inspect.
- Open the Regions report under Analytics.
- Choose the available range: last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or all time.
- Open a country to inspect its associated sessions.
- Compare the questions with your language and support coverage.
Read location data carefully
Location reflects the geographic information available when activity is recorded. It is an indication of the visitor’s network location, not a verified address or nationality. VPNs, proxies and missing location metadata can affect the result. Different date windows and unknown locations can make regional totals differ from a different analytics view.
API availability
The regular workspace REST /v1/analytics endpoint and get_analytics MCP tool return aggregate 30-day metrics. They do not return this country drill-down report. Enterprise Vendor capabilities use a separate authorization flow and reference; dashboard routes are not interchangeable with workspace API endpoints.
