Trial to paid service
A checkout redirect alone does not activate service. Confirmation is processed separately. If checkout was abandoned or payment is incomplete, do not assume a subscription was purchased.
- Open Billing and review your current plan and status.
- Choose a plan, currency and monthly or annual term.
- Review the checkout amount and complete payment.
- Return to Billing and wait for confirmed payment to update the subscription.
- Check the renewal date, bot capacity and Usage before continuing setup.
Automatic renewal
Recurring subscriptions renew through Stripe according to their billing term until cancelled. Keep the payment method current using Manage subscription. Review the renewal date and amount in Billing; extra-bot and other recurring purchases can have their own subscription details. Annual plan billing does not turn monthly usage allowances into a single annual allowance.
Recover a failed payment
API tokens and OAuth connections also require live service access. Creating a new token does not fix a payment-related access restriction. For a confirmed payment that remains unresolved, contact support with the invoice/subscription reference; avoid creating duplicate purchases.
- Open the affected workspace’s Billing page and review the displayed subscription state.
- Use Manage subscription to resolve the outstanding payment and update the payment method if necessary.
- Complete any required payment authentication.
- Wait for Stripe payment confirmation to reach MonCha, then refresh Billing.
- Verify bot service and integrations after access is restored.
Rented WhatsApp numbers have a separate deadline
A rented number’s renewal failure suspends its use immediately. You have seven days from the recorded billing failure to resolve payment before the overdue number is eligible for release. Release can permanently lose the number. MonCha rechecks payment state before releasing an overdue rental. Do not wait until the deadline to complete payment or required authentication.
Cancellation and changes
Use the dashboard or subscription portal controls for the subscription you intend to change. Review the displayed effective date and any checkout/proration preview before confirming. A cancellation request, an ended subscription and deletion of a bot are distinct actions. Deleting content is not a substitute for checking the subscription’s cancellation state.
- Review monthly extra-bot subscriptions separately when your main plan is annual.
- For enterprise, tier capacity and contract changes are managed through your contract.
- For sponsored bots, use the customer payment-takeover flow when you intend to assume the cost.
- Use Billing history to locate the resulting invoice and receipt.
